Just like The Fassa Tails’ activities, these activities make the fun and learning last with a main activity, extra challenges, and things to talk about. They are grouped by those that focus on the heart, the mind, or the body. Have fun!

Adopt a Tree
Find a tree to adopt! Figure out what group it belongs to, make a bark rubbing, and name it! Watch your tree throughout the seasons and spend time with it.
Family Fiction Dictionary
Make up your own words, use them in sentences, and see if others can guess what they mean! Then, write down everyone’s made-up words and see if you can spend an hour (or even a day!) all using your Family Fiction Dictionary.
Bug Box
It can be hard to talk about things that bug you. In this activity, family members put the things that bug them into a Bug Box and meet once a week to talk through the issues. It’s a great way to learn constructive criticism, how to resolve problems together, and forgiveness. This activity includes a
Hug Box too!
